General Updates
Increasing requests for court reports
We are currently receiving increased requests for psychologists to write court reports. Can you please advise the clinical team if you are willing to accept referrals to conduct sessions and then write corresponding reports. please email clinical@mymirror.com.au
Group Supervision
Just a reminder that the monthly group supervision invitation has been sent. Please check your inbox if you would like to attend. The first session will take place on the 16th of February.
Document Requests
Just a reminder that for document requests that incur a charge, same-day turnaround cannot be guaranteed.
If you require an urgent document to be sent to a client on the same day and it does not involve a charge, please contact the Customer Service team by phone so it can be actioned promptly.
If you would like a document to be sent prior to invoicing or receiving payment, please submit the request via email and then follow up with a phone call. Please note that this option carries the risk of the client not making payment.

Workshop – Boundaries and Handling Challenging Conversations with Clients
Just a reminder that an invite went out from Rachel for the workshop running on the 9th of April, there will be a short presentation element outlining some key challenges and strategies and then time for discussion and information sharing.
