MEND Services

Mend Services is an Australian-based allied health and workplace rehabilitation provider, offering a broad range of services aimed at businesses, individuals and injured workers, including occupational therapy, injury and claims management, return-to-work coordination, and employee wellness support.

My Mirror will be supporting Mend in referrals from their EAP offering, Mend provides a confidential support service to over 40 employers/organisations to help employees deal with personal, work-related or health-related issues (including mental health concerns, stress, trauma, grief, addictions, and workplace conflict) via telephone, online or face-to-face allied health and psychology support. The program is designed both as a reactive tool (crisis/incident support) and a proactive wellness resource (via toolkits, training, and preventative resources) to embed wellbeing within the workplace ecosystem.

Key Points

• EAP provider, with a minimum of 3 sessions
• A triage/intake summary will share key presentations/areas of focus and this document will be saved to the clients file for you to access and review prior to their session
• Clients can access extensions - no need for you to apply for this directly - indicate to your client to go back to their employer to request more sessions and we will communicate the outcome and session numbers approved 
• There is no reporting (yay!!! we love this in a partnership)
• sessions align with our other primary EAP provider - so $118 fixed fee per session, and these session numbers contribute to your overarching tier calculation
