- Please email clinical@mymirror.com.au if you will be away for more than 2 weeks
- If required, please ensure to arrange handover or interim support plans for any clients that require support during this time and for a copy to be sent to the clinical and CS team, so we are able to support in your absence if anyone needs assistance
- Closing out time(s) of “unavailability” well ahead of time to minimise potential for cross scheduling, double booking and resultant cancellations or reschedules
- Reminder when inputting leave dates to not use the "all day" feature as our system does not recognise this, please use specific times on your personal calendar for each day you will be unavailable.
