This update has been a long time coming, and we have sent a few communications to let you know about the work we have been doing on the video tool and features.
One key change is that we have implemented testing of tech and devices to help you, and your clients identify where issues might be (the most common being camera, microphone or internet connectivity) so that you can troubleshoot and work through any issues quickly and resolve them, so they don't impact the session.
We are very excited to share this new video tool, as we have been collecting feedback from yourselves as well as our clients to help us tailor these improvements and make them meaningful and align with what you are looking for in a service/platform.
