I need to cancel my session

To cancel your session, you will need to:

• Login to your My Mirror account and locate the session in your dashboard.
• Click the 'edit session' button for the session you wish to reschedule.
• Then you need to select the ‘Cancel Session’ option.
• Input your reason for the cancellation and a message for your psychologist and then submit

Please Note: As per our cancellation policy, cancellations within the 24-48hr window result in a charge of 50% charge of the total fee and those within a 24hr window result in a charge of 75% of the total fee. See our Terms of Service
